Plenty seems to be happening in proud parents Courteney Cox and David Arquette's lives, as just two weeks after their child's birth, the couple is now launching its own production company.
Cox has reportedly inked a first-look deal with Warner Bros. TV, the production company behind her hit series, 'Friends'.
"It is a natural progression for us, at this stage in our careers, to be moving toward development and production in both television and film," Eonline quoted Cox as saying.
Thea Mann, host of their home-decorating series 'Mix It Up', will serve as head of development at Coquette.
"We got our feet wet with our show Mix It Up...and enjoyed that process so much we decided to formalize our commitment by forming this company," said Arquette." Courtesy of Webindia123.com.

"LOS ANGELES (AP) - Courteney Cox Arquette has a new friend: a baby girl named Coco, a spokeswoman for the couple said Monday. The Friends co-star and her husband, actor David Arquette, became parents Sunday morning, said the spokeswoman for BWR Public Relations, which represents both.
"Everyone's happy and healthy and that's what I have," their representative told The Associated Press.
The actress, who turns 40 Tuesday, gave birth about a week before her scheduled delivery date, according to People magazine. The couple's spokeswoman declined to confirm that information.
Cox Arquette, whose Friends TV character struggled to have a child, has disclosed that in real life she suffered several miscarriages before her successful pregnancy.
"I get pregnant pretty easily, but I have a hard time keeping them," she said last October, revealing that she and her husband had decided to conceive by in vitro fertilization.
The couple married in June 1999.
Arquette, 32, has co-starred in films including Never Been Kissed and Eight Legged Freaks. He also appeared with his wife in all three of the Scream movies."

"AUBURN HILLS — If you couldn’t get NBA Finals tickets through The Palace lottery Thursday morning, there are still several options available, using ticket brokers and the Internet.
But beware of scams.
It is a misdemeanor under Michigan law to resell tickets for more than face value. However, the law does not apply to sales of tickets out of state, or if the tickets are bundled with other value-added services, such as food or transportation.
Modern technology — the Internet and sophisticated laserwriter printers — has given scam artists more license to fool.
Authentic-looking tickets can be easily created by a good laserwriter printer.
Actor David Arquette bought bogus tickets from a scalper on the street for the Lakers-Spurs playoff game May 12. His tickets did not scan properly, denying Arquette admission to the Staples Center.
The Palace will be safeguarding fans by using special paper stock and copy-proof symbols on tickets.
Fans should be especially careful over the Internet because there is often no way to verify the authenticity of the tickets being offered. Another hazard is giving sensitive personal information, such as a social security number or a credit card number, over the Internet.
Erik Baker, president of stubhub.com, said the Pistons-Lakers series will mean big business for his Web site. Fans can resell tickets through stubhub.com, with the company charging a 15 percent handling fee for the seller and 10 percent for the buyer.
Stubhub.com guarantees all transactions, as both buyer and seller must register their credit card information before the sale. If for some reason the tickets turn out to be bogus, stubhub.com will get the buyer real tickets and charge the seller.
“This is the hottest selling sporting event of the year,” Baker said. “We’re doing more business than the Super Bowl.”
Other fans are selling tickets on eBay.com, with the prices starting at around $250 for an upper-bowl seat at The Palace to $5,000 for a deluxe seat at the Staples Center.
“We want Pistons fans to be wary, be smart consumers like they would be in any other transaction,” said Stu Sandler, a representative for Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox. “There are a lot of people who try to take advantage of fans’ enthusiasm for the Pistons. People get caught up in the emotion of the event and don’t examine things as closely as they should. There are a lot of fly-by-night operations out there, especially on the Internet.”"

Dream With The Fishes director has new project
"Headed down south: Finn Taylor won't be shooting his community-theater spoof "Caught in the Act" in Alameda after all. The East Bay filmmaker, who was a hired gun on the David Arquette movie, will focus instead on directing his own script for a comedy called "Chaos Theory."
"It's got a much bigger budget than my previous films," Taylor said. "Chaos Theory" will have about 10 times the budget of Taylor's "Dream With the Fishes" and "Cherish." It also has a larger scale. Taylor usually insists on working entirely in the Bay Area, but the new picture will shoot in Southern California, which will double for Arizona. That's movie magic for you. " - SFGate.com
